Our Custom Home Process
Plan Review & Quote
We review your blueprints and electrical layout, walk the plan with you, and provide a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees.
Rough-In Wiring
Once framing is up, we run all circuits, set boxes, and wire the home to plan, coordinated cleanly with your other trades.
Inspection
We arrange the rough-in inspection and make sure everything meets the Canadian Electrical Code before the walls close up.
Trim-Out & Fixtures
After drywall and finishing, we install your devices, fixtures, pot lights, and panel, then test every circuit.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished home with you, label your panel, answer questions, and make sure everything works exactly as planned.
